GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM

October 21 – November 20 | Athletic Development Program

This twice-a-week training series is built for girls in grades 1–12 who want to elevate their game through focused development in speed, strength, and skill.

Each session blends position-specific flag football drills with athletic movement work to help athletes perform with confidence, coordination, and power on the field.

Sessions are designed to enhance footwork, performance, and teamwork while reinforcing leadership and athletic awareness. Our goal is to help young athletes move better, think faster, and play with purpose.

Program Highlights:
  • Training for girls in grades 1–12
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00–7:30 PM | Location: PVA
  • Skill development focused on footwork, performance, and team play
  • Functional strength and movement training for on-field performance
  • Supportive environment built to grow confidence and leadership
