Building Stronger Athletes. Building Stronger People.
In-Season Training
In-season work isn’t about “maintaining.” It’s mission-driven development—keeping athletes sharp, durable, and mentally locked in while they compete.
This program supports high school athletes (grades 9-12) with smart, low-fatigue training that complements team practices and game schedules—prioritizing leadership, injury prevention, and recovery so they can perform at a high level all season long.
Every session is intentional. We reinforce character, build body awareness, and protect the athlete—mind and body—so they’re consistently ready when it counts.
Program Highlights:
- Training for grades 9–12 during the competitive season
- “Micro-dose” strength to maintain power without added fatigue
- Speed, mobility, and stability work to keep movement quality high
- Recovery protocols (soft-tissue, mobility, breathwork) built into sessions
- Prehab & injury-prevention focus: joints, tendons, and trunk integrity
- Session intent aligned to game week (early-/mid-/late-week emphasis)
- Leadership & accountability integrated into every workout
- Personalized attention and progressive, athlete-appropriate loading
- Communication that complements school/club coaches—not competes with them

- Consistency: maintained speed/strength without in-season drop-off
- Faster recovery between practices and games
- Body awareness and movement efficiency to reduce risky patterns
