Speed, strength and conditioning for every sport.

Soccer, cross country, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, football. If your athlete plays it, this makes them better at it. It's for boys and girls from 3rd grade through 12th.

Coaches who have done it at the college and pro level teach each athlete how to move well first, then build speed, strength and power on top of that, with training matched to their age. The room is positive and it is challenging, and both are on purpose.

Our coaches are USR certified, and we time athletes with VALD timing systems, so the progress your athlete makes is measured, not guessed.

Some athletes are getting ready for a season. Some are chasing a goal of their own. Either way they leave with the physical and mental tools to go after it, and they learn to show up, work and finish, which is the part that lasts.

Every new athlete starts with a testing day, so coaches know where to begin.

What your athlete gets

  • USR certified coaches and VALD timing on every test
  • Training matched to their age, from 3rd grade to 12th
  • Speed, strength, power and agility for any sport
  • Mobility and flexibility to help prevent injuries
  • A plan that grows with them, season after season
  • Coaches who know every athlete by name

What they work on

The whole athlete, built in the right order.

Good movement comes first. Everything else is built on it, at a pace that fits your athlete's age.

  1. Speed

Starts, acceleration and top-end running, taught as a skill and then trained.

  2. Strength and power

Lifting taught from the first rep, with weight added only when the movement is right.

  3. Agility

Stopping, cutting and changing direction under control, the way every sport asks for it.

  4. Mobility and flexibility

Joints that move the way they should, so athletes stay on the field.

  5. Movement mechanics

How to run, jump, land and lift correctly. It's the base of injury prevention.

  6. Long-term development

A plan that grows with them from season to season instead of starting over.

Parents ask us

My kid doesn't play football. Is this for them?

Yes. Speed & Strength is for every sport, boys and girls, grades 3 to 12.

Is it safe for younger athletes?

Yes. Training is matched to age and experience. Younger athletes learn how to move well before they add weight.

Is this only for the off-season?

No. Some athletes use it to get ready for a season and some train toward a goal of their own. Coaches adjust the work to where your athlete is in their year.

Do they need experience in a weight room?

No. Coaches teach every lift from the start.
